loris_shan 你好，部分MCU不支援該功能，如果在專案中的Debugger設定選項中無出現 Freeze的設定選項即代表不支援該功能。
如果情況允許可以暫時停用硬體周邊的中斷功能來進行測試；或是在需要暫停的地方設置「Breakpoint」並搭配使用「Continue」的功能，來避開因使用Step...功能進入中斷的狀況。

MCU : ATSAME70 , MPLAB X IDE V5.5 , XC32 V3.01
請教進DEBUG 後單步執行一直進 TIMER 中斷 有查到 http://www.microchip.com.tw/modules/n ... ewtopic.php?topic_id=7179 提到 "請在選擇MPLAB ICD2 為 Debugger 後, 在主功能表中使用 Debugger -> Setting - Freeze 來選擇在 CPU 被 HALT 時要被停止的周邊就好了 " 我用 SNAP , PICKIT4 都找不到 Setting - Freeze 的功能, 請問 atsam mcu 是否有這個功能? 或是要用 ICD4 才有此功能 , 麻煩大大們解惑,謝謝
