中間有 J 的是不同的系列，雖然軟體上與 18F 相同，但硬體上有很多重要的不同，務必要注意。
J 系列的 I/O 可容忍 5V 邏輯電位，但是: ①. J 系列 (PIC18FxxJxx) 電源要用 3.3V, 而 PICDEM 2 Plus 供應 PIC +5V ②. FJ 系列的 VCAP 腳要接電容，一般 18Fxxxx 沒 VCAP (同位置是 i/o 腳)。 因此，PICDEM 2 Plus 看起來並不支援 PIC18FxxJ 系列。 看 PIC18F4510 Family Datasheet Figure 20-2 http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/39682b.pdf 關於由 PIC18F 轉換至 PIC18FxxJ 的注意事項，見: Migrating from PIC18F to PIC18FXXJ Flash Devices http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/01021a.pdf

大家好，
我從MicroChip Direct買了5顆PIC18F44J10(DIP)，並且搭配ICD2+PICDEM 2 Plus使用，連線時會出現讀取不到ID(0x0)的現象  ，顯示如下：ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0xE9, read=0x0) 而且每一顆PIC18F44J10都不行  ，我知道這段訊息有可能是電源或是晶片接觸不良等問題，不過經過測試後，self test都是pass，依然不行。而使用其他MCU測試卻都可以讀到正確的ID，亦可以正常使用debug。看help中好像說明了一些limitations，不過依然找不出是什麼原因，請大家幫忙一下！ 謝謝!
