看起來像是ICD2在PC上的USB Driver 找不到 ICD2，可以在硬體的裝置管理員下先將Microchip Tools 下的 Microchip ICD2 Firmware Client 關閉後再 Plugp-In ICD2 again.
要是一直都不行那就送修。

icd2 firmware更新後無法連線
訊息為 Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 ICD0019: Communications: Failed to open port: (Windows::GetLastError() = 0x2, '系統找不到指定的檔案。 ') ICD0021: Unable to connect with MPLAB ICD 2 MPLAB ICD 2 Ready ICD0082: Failed MPLAB ICD 2 請問是壞了嗎？
