請先確定 MPLAB IDE 的元件設定是不是選擇 PIC18F4520 ?

你好！
可是我以同樣的mplab的視窗去燒碌的， 而有的可以燒碌，有的不行？ 是軟體選擇上的問題嗎？

第一個錯誤訊息:ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x84, read=0x20)
顯示 MPLAB IDE 與目前所使用的 PIC18F4520 的選擇元件不符合。所以要在 MPLAB IDE 下重新選擇元件。

我是以icd2燒碌的，我的ic其中有幾個不能燒碌，以前沒遇過這樣的狀況。 以下是從連線到燒碌所顯示的： Connecting to MPLAB ICD 2 ...Connected Setting Vdd source to target ICDWarn0020: Invalid target device id (expected=0x84, read=0x20) ...Reading ICD Product ID Running ICD Self Test ...Passed MPLAB ICD 2 Ready Programming Target... ...Validating configuration fields ...Erasing Part ...Programming Program Memory (0x0 - 0x93F) Verifying... ...Program Memory ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x0, Expected Val = 0xEF69, Val Read = 0x400) ICD0275: Programming failed. MPLAB ICD 2 Ready
