I/O PORT輸出的小問題?

請問大家一下... 這是我自己為了了解I/O PORT輸出所寫的一個測試小程式... 為何我用是波器看PORTC個接腳波形.. RC3應為LOW.. RC4應為HIGH.. 結果卻是相反?? 其它接腳都對... 不知為什麼會醬子? 麻煩指導小弟一下... 謝謝!
