icd2 連接 port 設定錯誤，現在應該沒人會用 com port 來接 icd2 ，一般都是用 usb ，請更變 mplab 中 icd2 setting

電腦重新開機後，重新連線ICD2(usb重插)，在看看有沒有無法連線。

小弟剛拿到實驗板及icd2(已接好)，但ic為18f4520這顆不熟，所以寫了簡單in out test，build 成功，但選icd2卻出現下列訊息，也沒附上test程式，網上爬文程式也不見了，真不知如何test，請求教~qq
