剛試了一下絕對定址的組語 (使用 ORG) 在載入 MPLAB IDE 時會有此提示，按你原先的語法來選擇。
ORG 選 absolute CODE 選 relocatable Attach file:  (0.00 KB)

沒見過此種訊息，就字面上解釋: 是說要要產生絕對位址程式或可重新定址的程式。
因為不曉得你的程式是用 C or Assembly 寫的，可以的話再描速清楚一點或將整個 Project 壓成一個 zip 檔後貼上來看看。
