也許是 16F690 相關的 files 壞了 只要是用 icd2 + 16f690 就掛了.

我用 app013 18f4550 , app001 18f4520 又都正常

可能會要把 mplab 8.3 重灌

建議一下，以後看到 ICD 的錯誤時，只要在 ICD0031 的字上直接點選兩次後就會自動帶出此錯誤的相關訊息，先看一下錯誤發生的原因。底下就是 ICD0031 的錯誤提示: 建議先以手動方式換一下 ICD2 的 F/W。

General API Error Actions
MPLAB IDE and MPLAB ICD 2 are out of sync with each other. Here are some common reasons and corrective actions.

1. Reconnect to the MPLAB ICD 2.
2. Try the operation again. It is possible the error was a one time glitch.
3. The version of MPLAB IDE installed may be incorrect for the version of firmware loaded on the MPLAB ICD 2. Follow the steps outlined in <General Corrupted Installation Actions>, and then manually download the MPLAB ICD 2 Operating System.
4. If the problem persists contact Microchip.

開起 mplab IDE 及 project file 都ok

燒錄 16F690 ICD2 一直出現ICD0031/ ICD0275 message
正常690程式只耗 1.9mA, 不正常的都 18.9mA, 都會正常工作.

全新的690 也一樣, Icd2 error 會亮, 然後死當, 必須離開 MPLAB IDE .
