使用ccs c 編輯12f675時，燒錄不會自動帶入fuse設定

小弟是用wellon的vp-280燒錄器，應該是會自動讀取hex的code帶入fuse的配置，可是我寫完後，每次燒錄都要重新手動設定燒錄的配置，不知道小弟的配置檔有什麼問題，以下是程式部份，請各位高手指點，謝謝
