剛有位客戶打電話來問 3.3V 送給 5V UART 的問題,因為RxD 的腳位是屬於 Schmitt Trigger 準位 (0.8 Vdd) 所以無法直接推動。參考一下 3V Tips & Tricks 裡的第 16 頁,只要使用一個二極體加一個提升電組就可以做到這 Level Shift 了。
